These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client") and BlockRelease ("Company", "we", "our"). By accessing our website, submitting a case, or engaging with our support services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Services

BlockRelease provides blockchain transaction investigation and asset recovery consulting services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Investigation of blocked, frozen, or inaccessible blockchain transactions.
Communication with exchanges, custodians, and blockchain networks on behalf of clients.
Technical analysis of transaction records and wallet activity.
Advisory and documentation support for recovery proceedings.
Real-time support via our live chat platform.

Important: BlockRelease does not guarantee recovery of any specific assets. Results depend on circumstances outside our control, including blockchain network policies, exchange procedures, and legal jurisdictions.

3. Eligibility & Account Requirements

To submit a case or use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when submitting your case.
Be the rightful owner of the assets in question, or have authorized authority to act on behalf of the owner.
Not be subject to any sanctions, embargoes, or legal restrictions that would prohibit use of our services.

4. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide only truthful, accurate, and complete information throughout the case process.
Not misrepresent ownership of assets or attempt to recover assets you do not own or have no authority over.
Not use our platform to engage in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our platform or services.
Maintain confidentiality of any credentials or access provided for your case management.
Promptly respond to requests for additional documentation or information from our team.

5. Fees & Payments

BlockRelease operates on a contingency or fixed-fee basis as agreed upon at case intake. All fees will be clearly communicated before any services are rendered. By agreeing to engage our services:

You acknowledge the fee structure agreed upon during case onboarding.
Fees are non-refundable once the investigation process has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In contingency arrangements, the agreed percentage applies to successfully recovered amounts only.
BlockRelease reserves the right to adjust service fees with advance written notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, methodologies, and materials on the BlockRelease platform are the exclusive property of BlockRelease or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without prior written consent. Any data or reports generated from your case remain your property; however, BlockRelease retains the right to use anonymized data for service improvement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

BlockRelease is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to BlockRelease in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any recovery case.
BlockRelease is not responsible for decisions made by third-party exchanges, custodians, or blockchain networks.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. BlockRelease does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will be achieved. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Termination

BlockRelease reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

10. Privacy

Your use of BlockRelease services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings related to BlockRelease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
